Hướng dẫn tự chế bàn biến hình thành kệ từ A-Z

Cách đây khá lâu, khoảng 1 năm trước mình thấy ý tưởng biến bàn thành kệ rất hay và hữu ích. Khi có khách đến chơi nhà, thì chúng ta lấy kệ ra xoay thành bàn tiếp khách đãi tiệc. Nếu không có thì chúng ta xoay lại thành kệ. Bạn tham khảo ý tưởng bàn xếp thành kệ

Nguyên lý cơ bản của kết cấu này không có gì phức tạp. Thực ra là cơ cấu hình bình hành được sử dụng rất nhiều trong thiết kết truyền động cơ khí. Bạn cũng thấy cơ cấu này trong cửa kính xập ở các chung cư

Ý tưởng này rất phù hợp với căn nhà nhỏ mình đang sống nên quyết định chế tạo chiếc bàn này. Vì vậy mình dã dùng phần mềm inventor vẽ 3D mô phỏng hoạt động của bàn trước khi chế tạo nó.

Về cơ bản chiếc bàn này đơn giản và cần ít sắt thép vật dụng. Mình cố gắng tối giản nhất có thể và sử dụng các loại thép có trên thị trường

Các vật liệu cần thiết.

  1. Thép hộp 20x40x2mm
  2. Thép hộp 20x20x1.8mm
  3. Thép tấm 3mm
  4. Thép V 50x50x2mm
  5. Gỗ MDF 18mm (hoặc mỏng hơn tùy bạn)
  6. Bulong 8mm làm các khớp quay

Bạn xem qua tổng thể cái bàn được đánh số thứ tự các chi tiết. Các chi tiết sẽ được up bản vẽ kích thước cụ thể phía dưới

Chúng ta có tổng cộng 7 chi tiết

  • 1 Thanh V này dùng để tạo khớp xoay. Bạn cần 10 thanh chia thành 5 bộ cặp đối xứng. Xem kích thước và khoan lỗ như hình sau

  • 2 Mặt bàn, ở đây mình chọn là gỗ MDF lõi xanh để kháng nước. Mình chọn độ dày 18mm. Tuy nhiên bạn có thể chọn mỏng hơn nhưng đừng nhỏ hơn 10mm nha

  • 3 Thanh dẫn hương bình hành. Thanh này có nhiệm vụ phối hợp cùng thanh V ở trên để tạo ra cơ cấu hình bình hành. Thanh này chịu lực khá nhiều nên chọn thép càng dày càng tốt

  • 4 Chân bàn. Mình làm theo kiểu đơn giản nhất là dùng sắt hộp 20×40 hàn lại thành hình chữ nhật. Phía trên có hàn một miếng sắt LA 5mm để sau này hàn vào khung xoay. Bạn xem hình vẽ sẽ rỏ

  • 5 và 8 Khung nối dưới, và khung nối trên, giúp nối 2 chân lại cho vững khung. Trong đó khung nối trên còn có nhiệm vụ đỡ luôn cho mặt bàn khi xoay
  • 6 bao gồm 4 chân bổ sung, khi ở trạng thái kệ thì gấp lại cho gọn. Nhưng nếu ở trạng thái bàn thì cần phải bật ra để vững vì mặt bàn khá lớn gần 1.5m

  • 7 tấm đỡ ép xoay chân bổ sung, cái này bạn cần 2 tấm hàn 2 bên vào chân dưới. Nó có nhiệm vụ giúp 4 chân bổ xung gập lại và mở ra. Ngoài ra nó còn xem như là gân tăng lực cho chân bàn

Tất cả các chi tiết trên đã được mô phỏng 3D trên autodesk inventor. Bạn tham khảo video sau nha. Mình hy vọng các bạn có thể chế thành công. Trên đây là thiết kế đơn giản nhất, ít tốn vật liệu nhất. Tùy vào óc thẩm mỹ và các vật dụng bạn có sẵn mà có thể thêm bớt chi tiết cho phù hợp
